AAS NEAC Japan Studies Grants
Supports a variety of grant programs in Japanese studies designed to facilitate the research of individual scholars, to improve the quality of teaching about Japan on both the college and precollege levels, and to integrate the study of Japan into the major academic disciplines in the United States. Research Travel within the USA, short-term research travel to Japan, and seminars on teaching about Japan and small scholarly conferences on Japanese studies covered.
Calihan Travel Grants
Provide financial assistance to graduate students and seminarians who have been selected to (1) present at or attend a conference relevant to themes promoted by the Acton Institute or (2) who wish to travel to engage in research relevant to themes promoted by the Acton Institute. Such principles include recognition of human dignity, the importance of the rule of law, limited government, religious liberty, and freedom in economic life.
Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange (CCKF)
The Foundation will consider applications from institutions for grants to hold conferences, workshops, or seminars on specific subjects related to the Foundation's goals and objectives.
Decision, Risk and Management Sciences (DRMS)
The Decision, Risk and Management Sciences program supports scientific research directed at increasing the understanding and effectiveness of decision making by individuals, groups, organizations, and society. Travel expenses are allowed.
Fritz Thyssen Stiftung / Fritz Thyssen Foundation Travel Subsidies
Financial resources can be applied for from the Fritz Thyssen Foundation to defray travel expenses that are directly related to a project in the humanities, social science or biomedical fields.
Humanities Traveling Fellowships
Offers grants of up to $4000 to support Australian early career researchers in the humanities to undertake research overseas.
Istanbul Research Institute
Istanbul Research Institute awards short-term travel grants to support innovative research on Istanbul. This grant may be used only to support field/archive work necessary for a specific research and not for any other needs (such as tuition payments, purchasing of equipment, conference attendance, etc.).
Institute for Humane Studies
Offers funding in the amount of $50,000 for semester-long sabbaticals for the study, research, and teaching of classical liberal ideas.

Foundation funds scholarly research and interpretation of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) in China and the study of the predecessors and successors of the Ming.

NCEEER funds post-doctoral research on the social, political, economic, environmental, and historical development of Eurasia and Central and Eastern Europe.
Pasold
Pasold funds small workshops on any area of textile history including the history of dress and fashion.
Prehistoric Society Conference Fund
The fund's aim is to further the development of prehistory as an international discipline. The fund is intended to offer funding to those who might not otherwise be able to travel to an international conference.

Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis (SABA) International Development Grants
International Development Grants will be distributed annually to persons or organizations interested in developing behavior analysis internationally.
Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP: Division 2 of APA)
Program provides support to teaching conferences or pre-conferences to fund speakers related to the teaching of psychology.
Society for the Study of the Indigenous Languages of the Americas (SSILA)
