Aaron Barker

Mr. Aaron Barker is an attorney in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. He primarily represents technology and emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and investment banks in matters such as entity formation, private equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, and SEC compliance.

Mr. Barker obtained a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas State University in 2005 and a J.D. degree, at University of Texas School of Law in 2008.

Mr. Barker represent numerous charitable organizations on a pro bono basis and previously served on the board of the Ascend Center for Learning until its merger with The Literacy Coalition of Central Texas.
