Flowers Hall 230 Reservation Policies
Flowers Hall Room 230 is a special event meeting room available to the Texas State University community. It is located on the 2nd floor of Flowers Hall (FH) and is available by reservation only.
This room is available for conferences, meetings, presentations, and receptions. The projector, screen, and podium with microphone are all available upon request, but users are responsible for bringing their own computer and technical support person. If your event is catered, a buffet option is available for either inside or outside the conference room. If you plan on using third-party vendors for catering, it is your responsibility to communicate to them where to park and where/how food will be delivered.
A minimum of a 2- week notice is required to ensure Materials Management can set up. Only Materials Management is allowed to set up and break down events to avoid injuries. We cannot guarantee use of the room without at least a 2- week notice.

The College of Liberal Arts reserves the right to cancel any room reservation for emergency situations.
Before reserving the room, you must download and sign the Terms and Policies Agreement.
Please fill out the Blank Room Diagram with your desired arrangement for your event. This must be included to have your event added to the calendar.
If you are planning on serving alcohol, please fill out the AP-12 Form.
Please contact Janey Valdez to make sure that your desired time slot is available. This room is not available on the weekends and is not open to the general public. The College of Liberal Arts is not responsible for ensuring the time is available.
Events will not be added to the calendar until all the required forms are filled out and submitted.
