Ms. Leslie Garrett

Leslie Garrett received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Journalism in 2001 from Sam Houston State University. Before joining the College of Liberal Arts, she worked in the Grosvenor Center for Geographic Education as a grant specialist. Ms. Garrett has worked for Texas State University since 2004.

Ms. Garrett is the Outreach and Communications Officer, serving as a liaison between the college and its external constituencies, including advisory board members, alumni, students, and the wider public. She assists with development efforts in cooperation with University Advancement.
