Pass the Torch Ceremony for Sport Clubs

April 25, 2025 4-6 pm @ Spring Lake Conference Room

Introducing a new annual ceremony held in the Spring semester for Sport Clubs and Officers to be commemorated and recognized for their diligent effort in serving their respective student organization at Texas State University. We are calling all newly appointed/prospective officers, returning officers and exiting/graduating officers to attend to help with the transition of leadership by sharing sport club specific information, Student Involvement & Engagement and Campus Recreation requirements! We will also be awarding 2 individuals and 1 sport club with the following awards; Sport Club Officer of the Year, Sport Club Athlete of the Year and Sport Club of the Year! Drinks and snacks will be provided!

This is a workshop designed to give Advisors the tools they need to assist their students as they work through officer transitions between the end of this semester, through the summer, and into the fall semester.
